Justine Romano Dellaria, LICSW
Justine is the Founder and CEO of The Wellbeing Umbrella, LLC. Noelle Connolly, LICSW
My experience, clinical training, and specializations incorporates treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Resiliency Therapy, and Bereavement and Loss Therapies, assisting those dealing with daily life stressors including Chronic Illness, Generalized Anxiety/Depression, Grief and Loss, and many other related concerns or relationship issues affecting your mental health. I assist clients to establish practical goals, both short and long term, by creating a unique and thoughtful plan specific to the individual. The therapeutic process will then support opportunities to identify and to practice effective coping strategies helpful to your everyday life.
As a wife, mother and professional, I know well the demands and struggles involved in everyday living. Creating your best self and your best life is a journey I’d like to take with you. Whether the challenges are based in an acute crisis or the need to work at positive and empowering life changes, I will be alongside you with support and advocacy.

Mary Charlotte Buck, LICSW
My practice as a clinical social worker is based around meeting a client where they come from in session. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and approach every session from a strengths-based perspective. My clinical area of expertise is with adolescents and young adults. I enjoy working with clients to alleviate symptoms of depression, anxiety, lack of motivation, stress, relationships, and family dynamics. I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship, and feel it is important to align with a client and understand their hopes, expectations, concerns, and patterns. I am honored to accompany folks along their journeys, and celebrate their wins and hold space for their most difficult days. My goal is to make a client feel comfortable, safe, and challenged to grow.
